Level 1 (cost is one-month's rent)

Level 2 (cost is 5% of gross monthly income)

About: Wehmeyer Commercial is an Upper Valley-based small business led by Loren Wehmeyer, MBA, Ph.D. Loren is our Senior Property Manager/Realtor/Investment Group Syndicator with over a decade of experience. He is a licensed Realtor (NH), Property Inspector (VT, NH) and Professional Engineer (VT, NH).
